Introducing The Next Bloom, a full-day floral experience at The Bloom House, designed for those who are ready to go beyond the basics and explore the next level of floral design.

Whether you've completed our 5-Week Flower School, attended a few floral workshops or already have some experience working with flowers, this course is your chance to build on your skills, learn new techniques and get creative with more advanced floral designs.

Led by our talented florist and teacher, Georgie Stanton, you'll spend the day exploring five different floral creations, from intricate wearable florals to beautiful bouquets and impressive large-scale installations.

🌸 Floral Headpiece
Explore the delicate art of wearable florals, learning the techniques behind creating a beautiful floral headpiece, including wiring, construction and finishing.

🌿 Buttonhole
Learn how to create a professional buttonhole, focusing on flower selection, wiring, taping and the finer details that bring everything together.

🌼 Table Centrepiece
Take your arranging skills further by exploring balance, structure, movement and flower placement to create a beautiful table centrepiece.

💐 Floral Bouquet
Step up your bouquet-making skills with more advanced techniques, focusing on shape, texture, colour combinations and professional finishing.

🌺 Large-Scale Plinth Arrangements | Group Activity
We're finishing the day with something BIG!
Work together to create impressive large-scale floral arrangements, just like those used for weddings, events and installations.
Explore the mechanics, structure and techniques behind larger floral designs while bringing a beautiful collaborative creation to life.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

The Next Bloom is perfect for anyone looking to build on their existing floral knowledge and take their creativity a little further.

You don't need to be a professional florist or have completed our Flower School to join us!

We do recommend having some basic experience working with flowers, as this course will explore more detailed techniques and advanced floral designs.

Whether you're exploring floristry as a potential career, looking to develop your skills or simply love getting creative with flowers, this is your opportunity to learn, experiment and grow.

Because there's always room for your creativity to bloom a little further! 🌸

Please note: This is a beyond-the-basics workshop rather than an introductory floristry class. Some prior floral experience is recommended, but no formal qualifications are required.

Lunch: We'll take a 30-minute break midway through the day, giving everyone a chance to enjoy lunch, recharge and mingle before diving back into an afternoon of floral creativity. Please bring your own lunch.
