- We offer fresh flowers, arrangements, natives, giftware, DIY wedding flowers, funeral flowers, delivery, and wholesale orders.
- Flowers are natural and seasonal, appearance may vary. Substitutions may occur to maintain quality and freshness.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are in AUD, include GST, and may change without notice.
- Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
4. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for loss, damage, or expenses from using our website, products, or services.
- This includes errors in information, delays, or substitutions due to seasonal availability.
5. Competition & Consumer Act
- Under Australian Consumer Law, liability is limited to:
-Replacement of goods
-Resupply of goods or services
-Cost of resupply - Alcohol purchases require you to be 18+ years old.
6. Intellectual Property
- All website content (images, text, graphics, designs) is owned or licensed to Geelong Flower Farm.
- You may use the material for personal, non-commercial purposes only with acknowledgment.

Delivery Policy
We want your flowers to arrive fresh and on time 🌸
Delivery Areas:
- Geelong, Bellarine, and Surf Coast (check within checkout for specific suburbs)
Delivery Fees:
- Vary by location and order size (applied at checkout)
Timing:
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10 AM
- We always aim to deliver within the requested windows, but we cannot guarantee exact times
Recipient Details:
- Please ensure all delivery details are accurate.
- Please be advised that we are unable to accept responsibility in cases where an incorrect delivery address is provided. It is essential to ensure correct delivery details at the time of order.
- Should an incorrect delivery address result in a completed delivery, we cannot be held liable. Contact us immediately if you identify any errors so we can arrange corrections prior to delivery.
- For apartments, businesses, offices, or schools, please provide detailed instructions to facilitate smooth delivery. Include business hours or special instructions in the notes section at checkout.
- By authorising payment, you consent for Geelong Flower Farm to leave the product at the front door of a residential home if there is no answer, unless otherwise specified.
- Please note: Once delivery is made to a safe spot at the residence, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss or theft.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours with photos for replacement or store credit
Peak Occasions:
- Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and other peak times may have cutoff dates for guaranteed delivery and pre-orders may be in place.
Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Geelong Flower Farm. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Flowers
For fresh flowers, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any concerns with quality or freshness.
You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the flowers.
To notify us, please either:

- Email us at info@geelongflowerfarm.com.au
If approved, we can offer:
- A replacement
- Or store credit
Refunds are not provided for flowers as they are perishable products.
Flowers do not need to be returned to the farm unless requested by our team.
Giftware Returns
Giftware returns are accepted in-store only and must be made within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
You may choose to email ahead to confirm eligibility, however the item must be physically brought back to the store to process the return.
Exchanges
Exchanges for giftware can be arranged in-store if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is provided.
If an exchange is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Non-returnable Items
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Flowers and plants
- Perishable items, including cookies and chocolates
- Custom products and special orders
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your purchase upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Proof of purchase and photos are required so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
